I’ve spent the last 15+ years building, leading, and thinking deeply about product - as a PM, a leader of PMs, a Head of Product Operations, as a strategic partner, advisor, board member, coach, and mentor, and as a VP of Product and Design, to product people at all stages of the journey.

Somehow, I have yet to get bored. That’s because it’s a way of life and a system. It’s not a function.

Early in my career, a great boss handed me my first real product opportunity and said something I’ve never forgotten: give back when you can, as you grow. It stuck. Because I was lucky enough to grow up in product from the ground up - learning by doing, making mistakes, figuring it out - and not everyone gets that. A lot of people enter this space and immediately feel like they’re behind, and a lot of people are evolving at a rate they don’t feel is fast enough during this AI transformation. I want to help change all of that.

The Product Heart is a space for anyone navigating a career in product and growth. It’s for anyone leading teams and trying to learn for themselves, or give insight to their teams. It’s for those just finding their footing or those who have been doing this for years and are trying to figure out what comes next. My hope is that something here meets you where you are.

Over the years, my work has taken me across the full arc of what it means to lead in product. Setting vision and strategy that actually holds up when reality hits. Building and scaling teams where people genuinely want to do their best work. And going deep into Product Operations - designing the systems, structures, and ways of working that help product teams thrive, not just survive.

The vision and strategy work taught me that clarity is a form of leadership. When a team knows where they’re going and why it matters, everything changes. The team building work taught me that the people decisions are almost always the hardest ones, and almost always the most important. And the operations work - often the least glamorous part of the job - taught me that when the foundations are right, everything else gets easier, and everyone thrives standing on those sound structures.

That thread runs through everything I write and every conversation I have: the belief that the product mindset is bigger than the job title. It’s a way of thinking, leading, and living. And there’s a lot more to explore.

I’m glad you’re here.
