I’ve spent 16+ years building, leading, and thinking deeply about product - as a PM, a leader of PMs, a Head of Product Operations, a VP of Product and Design, and as a coach and advisor to product people at every stage of the journey.
Somehow, I have yet to get bored. That’s because product isn’t a function. It’s a way of life and a system of thinking.
Early in my career, a great boss handed me my first real product opportunity and said something I’ve never forgotten: give back when you can, as you grow. It stuck. I grew up in product from the ground up -learning by doing, making mistakes, figuring it out - and not everyone gets that runway. A lot of people enter this space feeling immediately behind. A lot of people are evolving right now at a pace that doesn’t feel fast enough, especially with everything AI is changing. I want to help with that.
The Product Heart is for anyone navigating a career in product and growth. For leaders trying to figure out what comes next. For people just finding their footing. For those who have been doing this for years and still want to go deeper. My hope is that something here meets you where you are.
Over the years, my work has taken me across the full arc of product leadership. Setting vision and strategy that actually holds up when reality hits. Building teams where people genuinely want to do their best work. Going deep into Product Operations and transformation - the systems and structures that help product teams thrive, not just survive.
The strategy work taught me that clarity is a form of leadership. The team building work taught me that the people decisions are almost always the hardest ones, and almost always the most important. And the operations work - often the least glamorous part of the job - taught me that when the foundations are right, everything else gets easier.
That thread runs through everything I write: the belief that the product mindset is bigger than the job title. It’s a way of thinking, leading, and living.
I’m glad you’re here.
